WORKOUT 20.3 – “BRUBAKER’S BURPEES

If you’ve met local celebrity Jeff Brubaker you likely know how he feels about burpees. So we’ve made a workout to celebrate his deep all consuming love for them.

FOR TIME:

WORKOUT 20.4 – “EXTRA JT

If you’ve done JT before you know how amazing your arms feel afterward. So we spiced it up a bit more to make it fun.

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must accomplish 27 Handstand Push-Ups, 27 Ring Dips, and 27 Push-Ups before moving on to 21 repetitions of each movement, etc.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Push-Ups is completed.
